Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks suspended indefinitely
Kendricks was signed back on September 13 to provide reinforcements at the weakside linebacker spot. K.J. Wright has yet to suit up this season, and Kendricks is coming off his best game of the year, earning a 77.5 grade from Pro Football Focus on Sunday against the Cardinals.
Wright is still nursing a knee injury, and his return this week is questionable. If he is unable to play, the Seahawks could turn to either Austin Calitro or rookie Shaquem Griffin to start alongside Bobby Wagner at the WLB spot.
Additionally, both Earl Thomas and Will Dissly were placed on the injured reserve. Seattle now has three open roster spots to fill on their 53-man roster before Sunday’s contest against the Rams.
