A family in East Texas is dealing with a pest problem after finding a massive hornets’€™ nest growing into an abandoned trailer home in their backyard, according to media reports.

The family in Alto — a town about 140 miles southeast of Dallas —€” had left the trailer undisturbed for at least 10 years, according to CBS 19, and when they opened the trailer for are modeling venture, they found a giant hornets’€™ nest.

The massive nest starts on the exterior of a trailer and has spread into the trailer, engulfing some of the couch that has been left inside the trailer, according to CBS News.

“€œIt looks like a cocoon, it looks unreal, it looks like mold,” one of the family members told CBS News.

They are in the process of contacting a pest removal service to come and take care of the problem.
