Anthony Michael Hall is in trouble with the law — again.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged the “Breakfast Club” star with felony battery with serious bodily injury after he allegedly beat up his neighbor earlier this year, reports TMZ.

And since the alleged crime has special circumstances, the four-year maximum sentence has been expanded — which means the former child star is facing seven years in prison if convicted, the website explained in a Nov. 27 report.

It all started in September when the 48-year-old Brat Pack actor allegedly went after a resident in his Playa del Rey, California, condo building.

The “Sixteen Candles” star allegedly broke the neighbor’s wrist and hurt the man’s back in an altercation that was caught on tape.

TMZ published a video of the fight between two men that shows a person the website identified as Hall approaching another man. The two appear to have some kind of altercation before the aggressor pushes the other man, causing him to launch backward onto the ground.

The incident happened five years after Hall was arrested for allegedly threatening to beat up another neighbor (it’s unclear if it’s the same man).

A former child star whose credits include “National Lampoon’s Vacation,” “Edward Scissorhands” and “The Dark Knight,” Hall appeared on the TNT series “Murder in the First” earlier this year.

Though he faced negative headlines following a bout with alcohol dependency in the ’80s, he was reportedly sober by 1990.

“The truth is, I had my partying nights, but I never really bounced at the bottom,” he reportedly said. “I never went to rehab … I was able to govern myself and continue my work.”

In 2017, the actor is slated to appear alongside Brad Pitt and Tilda Swinton in “War Machine” and in Ben Affleck’s period drama “Live By Night.”
